Clean carpets, tile & upholstery that equal or exceed company and customer quality standards. Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services that are in line with published pricing guidelines. Develop new customers to ensure growth of the business.

 

Other duties may be assigned.

1. Drive a Company vehicle to locations designed by customers. Load and unload equipment and supplies from the vehicle to the work site. Set up the work site by moving furniture and equipment and restore the work site to the original configuration when the job is complete. Ensure all furniture and other like items are placed on blocks or tabs when returning the work site to the original configuration.


2. Perform cleaning to meet or exceed Company and Customer quality standards.


3. Establish and maintain a service schedule to insure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements.


4. Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment to Company standards.


5. Develop new leads from current customers.


6. Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.

Less than high school education and three to five years of work experience that need not be related to the essential functions of this job.

 

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

 

kd rev2007 Ability to add, subtract, multiply & divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common factors, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.

 

Must have and maintain a valid vehicle operators license appropriate to the equipment operated.
